Hi all,

I just spoke with our email team and they have confirmed that list9 is on
the AOL whitelist and we have done all we can to make sure our emails are
read by them as "not spam". Our team did some research and the problems you
are seeing is actually a known bug that AOL has with processing and sending
mailing list-type email on to their subscribers.

This bug causes their automatic systems to hold messages for a long period
of time and either delete them or deliver a bunch of messages at once
several hours later and even send duplicate emails. This would explain why
some people have stopped getting posts altogether or are getting them in big
"chunks" hours late.

The best thing AOL subscribers can do is contact AOL and let them know about
the problems they are having receiving their email. We are doing what we
can on our side to help the situation.

Thanks!

Melissa
