It has all the earmarks of "rate limiting" the mail from the lists9 server
which would definitely indicate that no matter what they are telling
RootsWeb--the new server hasn't been white-listed by AOL. I'd assume that when the
mass migration takes place that there will be more than one new list server and
new IP address. I'm also guessing that this will again raise issues as to
white-listing those IPs/servers.
