Like Gordon and (apparently) many others, I have not as yet been advised
how I can access the tutorial. I have my first whack of lists due to be
transferred tomorrow (at some undetermined time!) and I intend to do my
best for my subscribers but please, RootsWeb, understand that I have
another life that involves a full-time job, a family, and other
responsibilities. It is simply not good enough to assume that we
volunteer list admins. will drop everything and re-arrange our personal
schedules to suit RootsWeb's requirements. I appreciate tremendously
being able to make use of RootsWeb's services on a gratis basis but
that does not mean I'm prepared to be taken advantage of as a quid pro quo.
My time, like so many others, is limited. We have had minimal advance
notice of these changes, minimal assistance from RootsWeb (other than to
tell us to be prepared), and no training. If my company were run like
this, someone would have lost his/her job a long time ago ...
I'm trying to keep an open mind and positive outlook, but it is becoming
more and more difficult.

It's going on 4 P.M. EDT here where I live and I haven't received my tutorial
today yet either. I have 4 lists due to migrate tomorrow and I have to work
the next 3 days!
Besides being a volunteer, I still have another life that I have to work

With MONDAY now half over where I live, I still have not received the
promised tutorial for mailman. When is it coming? Has anyone else received it?
My list is due for changeover tomorrow.
