I just check with slists, it acts the exact same way.

I guess then this was a byproduct of the REPLY TO setting being changed to
SENDER from LIST for this list rather than a good example of the CC and TO
extraneous address problem (and therefore a bad example)--but that doesn't
negate the fact that the other addresses need to be stripped before posts go to
the lists and that isn't happening.
