The very best line to filter on is the X-Loop: header.

And for prepends, I choose on my
Edmondson/Edmonson/Edmundson/Edmiston etc lists to use the same
prepend on all - ie [EDM]. Anyone filtering on that prepend will get
them all in the same mailbox, something which is positive, not
negative. If someone else is using [EDM] for another list, those
will go there, too.
