So perhaps if I can find Jerry Sterling Lewter's family in the 1930 census,
it will list Edwin as his child? That would be handy. They weren't in the
AL Soundex, but I still have to look at TN.
Was Edwin the one who served in WWII, and then his son served (and died) in
Vietnam?
