Message Board Post:

I've run across a couple of "orphaned" LEEDS families in Philadelphia:

1) Samuel LEEDS m Ann
-they lived in Northern Liberties 1809 on
-Samuel, miller, died c1809
-widow Ann born 1760-5; died after 1839
-Ann listed in 1810/20/30 Northern Liberties census with children
-oldest child in 1810 census is girl born 1795-1800

2) Isaac LEEDS
-listed in 1810 Frankford Boro census:
1M0-9, 2M26-44, 1F0-9, 1F10-15, 1F16-25
-not indexed in 1820 or later Phila censuses

Any ideas about Samuel's parents, or Ann's maiden name?

Is Isaac the son of Nehemiah & Elizabeth EAYRE?

Thanks.
