Hazel Fern Shipley was born January 28, 1912 at Los Angeles, California.
The daughter of Charles Vernon & Eloda Saphronia Lavender.
Hazel married Earl Russell Howes April 26, 1936 at San Diego, California.
She became a widow in 1975.
At the age of 92 she is currently living at a senior home in San Diego
County, California.
