Hi,
I think I have some pictures of that area. The last time I was in
N.O. i visited some buildings with my wife's neice's husband, who
works for a development company which bought the buildings and plans
to put up apartments in the furniture store. The theatre is
considered a historic building which was included in the purchase but
cannot be used for anything other than as a theatre. If it is the one
you are talking about, it had been a night club or disco for a while.
I'll check my digital photos and let you know.
