Thank you very much.
The W. A. Powell that married Sally (sorry, it was not Sarah) Easley was in
St. Helena Parish. The listing in the St. Helena marriage index was:
Powell, W.A. to Easley, Sallie 8-29-1892
In the 1880 census you sent last night, W. A. could be son Waller Powell,
though he could have been 15 or 16 at marriage.
Any luck with either Powell in the 1900 census?

Here's the info on William and Missouri for 1880. I can't find either of
them in 1900, but it's after midnight. LOL
As for the William Powell who married Sarah ( the marriage index shows Sarah
Buchanan on 30 Jan, 1891 in Tensas Parish) It also shows a Sara Johnson in
the same Parish, 25 Jan 1899. These are both Black couples, William and
Missouri are White. Here is the 1880 Census for them:
