Clement migrated to the US in 1885. At that time he was almost 30. His grandparents would have been in their late 60's.
There is no 1890 census. The earliest one to hunt for them would be in 1900 at which time they would have probably been
in their 80's if still alive. I don't see them or Clement's parent's in 1900. Clement is in Arcadia in 1900,. He is
shown as age 43, single, birthplace France, living by himself, occupation baker, immigration year 1885.
