Apparently there has been some kind of confusion. We had requested that you
see if you could find certificates for the persons. The one you had sent to
me prior was for $1.00 each. We had no way of knowing any different that any
others would be higher. Also, we hadn't heard from you in weeks, which is why
I emailed you asking if you had any luck finding them. I'm not sure if you
had forgotten to tell us that you had found something or something happened to
the email, but we had no idea that you had found anything. We had given you a
list of few names, so we didn't know if you had found one or all of them or
any of them. I'm not sure what happened. From our end, we sent a request for
name look ups and then heard nothing at all until I emailed you asking if you
found anything. The next thing I know I'm getting an email stating that we
owed you $8.00. I hope that you can see how we are completing confused by this.
Not only did we not know if you had found anything or not, but when you did
tell us the price it went from $1 to $8. Had we known that it was going to be
$8.00 ahead of time, we would have told you not to get it at this time. I am
still going to send you the money, but it may be a few more days as I have
three sick kids at home, one with pnuemonia and with doctors appointments three
times a week and medicines, I'm unable to send it right now. Again, we are not
trying to be dishonest. You never did state whether or not you sent an email
telling us you had found one or about the higher price. In all honesty, we
feel like we are the ones who are unsure of who to trust when we've not been
told upfront what is going on. I hope this helps clear things up.
