One thing I missed - make sure you check the individual links for the one
that has "ky" after the date - that's how he differentiates between each of
the states.

Subject: [KYARC] Daily Uploads List for KY Archives

Hi Everyone,

As mentioned before, the Rootsweb Daily Upload list no longer includes KY
files since they're now going to the new server. David has temporarily
created a script that will tell us what text files have been added to the KY
files until we can get a list more like we had (after the dust settles).
The list will only go back to yesterday, which is when I requested that he
add KY to the listing (states aren't automatically). You'll find the daily
list at http://www.usgwarchives.org/generalstats/daily/. The next day, the
list will be moved to http://www.usgwarchives.org/generalstats/weekly/.
Every week on Sunday the list will be moved to
http://www.usgwarchives.org/generalstats/monthly/.

You can still get the listing of files that have been uploaded through the
automated forms by using the TOC creator which is at
http://genrecords.org/toc/. Be sure to change the server to "ALL" so you'll
catch all of them if they were submitted through the alternate sites -
http://genrecords.net or http://poppet.org.

If you use the TOC creator to either see what's been uploaded (this includes
the photos, but be sure to choose the "yes" to photo URL), files are only
kept there for about a week - 10 days tops since there are a lot of photos
that go through and the server simply doesn't have space to store them for
longer than that.

Sherri
