Surname: Southard, Maypole, Tschopp, Brandenburg, Smith, Broadie, Patterson

In the 1870 Indiana census, George Washington and Matilda Jane (Johnson)
Southard were in Jasper County. In the 1880 Kansas census,they are found
in Harper county. Their children were: Alice; John; Schuyler; Eleanor;
Sarah and Samuel.
George W. died in 1892, believed to be in Harper county, and Matilda lived
on until 1903, when she died in southern Idaho.
The children grew up in Harper County, just north of Anthony, and most
were married and had their families here.
Looking for others interested in these family names.
