Hi Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I wanted to talk to my mother first. She is 88 and was married to my Dad Charles B Koenig born in Chicago(?)1918-2004.
His father was Charles Crist Koenig born Nov 17 1987 - July 7, 1969. he had sibling named, Robert, Paul, Arthur, Walter, George,and Dora maybe it was Rose. My mother was trying to remember all the names.
My Great Uncles Arthur, Walter, Robert and Paul had all lived in Hammond Indiana. My mom remebers Uncle Arthur going to NY to visit the Buerings that were relatives. She believes she still has a card sent to my mother frokm one of the Buerings in regard to a brother of mine that only lived a couple of years. She is going to look for that card. I do believe we are related there are too many coincidences to be ignored. We do not have much information on the Koenig side of the family. We do know that my greatgandpareents came from Germany, and started in the NY area, probably coming inot Ellis Island.
