1880 Minnesota Census lists ROBERT CHAMBERS,
as a patient at the:
St. Peters, Minnesota State Hospital for the Insane
at St. Peters, Nicollet County, Minnesota
The census lists him as 39 years of age, born in Canada (Ontario).

Superintendent of the Hospital was Cyrus K. Bartlett, age 51.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of
Robert Chambers - Patient Records for "hereditary purposes".
AND any information:
That you would be willing to share with us on this Family.
Robert Chambers married 1829 - Eliza (maiden name unknown)
They possibly had ten children?
They lived in MICHIGAN - WISCONSIN - MINNESOTA.

Robert and Eliza Chambers son:
John Chambers married Rosabelle Ferrell, in 1867 in Minnesota.
They possibly had seven children?

Their daughter Mary Chambers married James H. Kellar in
Anamiahia, Minnesota - date unknown - four sons known

Two sons married two Koch sisters:

Charles Albert Kellar born 1902, Royalton, Morrison County, MN
married - date unknown - location unknown
Louisa KOCH born 1907, Hinckley, Pine County, Minnesota
15 children - 11 still living - 2002.

George Kellar born 1904, Royalton, Morrison County, Minnesota
married - date unknown - location unknown
Elnora KOCH born 1906, Hinckley, Pine County, Minnesota
No known children?

Louisa and Elnora were children of:
John Christain KOCH and Lena Rosa (Ohrenschall) KOCH
married: 31 August 1904 in Mora, Kanabec County, Minnesota.
# of Children unknown. (Possible 10 - 3 Daughters & 7 Sons).

Daughter Amelia KOCH was a Midget and was born Blind.

Son Paul KOCH died at age 3. (Cause of Death unknown).

Son Alfred KOCH died at age 7. (Cause of Death unknown).

Sons Edward Waller KOCH and Frank KOCH -
Jamestown North Dakota Hospital for the Insane -
Buried in State Cemetery #2, also 5 other KOCH's buried there.
These five Koch's are unknown to us at this time.
Does anyone have any information on them.?

Son Lawrence "Coach" KOCH -
North Dakota State School for the Feeble Minded -
And possibly a Warren Harding W. KOCH

Son Charles E. KOCH -
Eastern Oregon State Hospital - Oregon State Hospital -
Possible also Hospitalized in Montana & Utah.

We welcome any information, no matter how small.
Every little bit will help to fill in the blanks.

We need any Information you could share with us on the types of "MENTAL
ILLNESS" or "MENTAL DISEASE" that these
Ancestors had in order to protect the Generations of today.
