Hi fellow Kitchen researcher.
I am tracing the KITCHEN somtimes KETCHEN line. My research starts with
John KETCHEN and Jane ALEXANDER married 1796, Lasswade, Eddleston
Peebles.
Their children were Andrew who married Beatrice LAMBERT and had children
Thomas 1821, John 1828, Helen 1829 who married Thomas MERCER, Michael
1831 who married Elizabeth WHITEHEAD DODS, Jane who married TURNER, and
James who married Marion BROWN.
In 1881 Michael lived at Cockpen School House. Edinburgh and his
children were Isabella 24 born c 1857 Carrington, Beatrice 22 born c
1859 Carrington, Alexandrina 20 born c 1861 Carrington, Lizzie18 born c
1863 Carrington , Helen 15 c 1866 and Jemima 13 born c 1868 Cockpen.
Any information on these families or their descendants gratefully
recieved.
