Am looking for the names of the parents (both sides) of Isabelle COUGHENOUR MINERD (died 1956 age 61 or 69). Her mother's maiden name was MAY and I believe she was from the Somerset, Pa. area. Isabelle had a sister named Elizabeth who married a BUTLER. Somehow or other there's a KERN connection as I've been told Isabelle is mentioned in a book at the Uniontown, Pa. library entitled Tilden (Tildon? sp) Kern's family history. I'm not near the Pa. area so I've been unable to check this out. Any help would be appreciated. I've already checked out the MAY, GOCHENOUR and MINERD websites but haven't had any luck there.
