bobbie listen ifyou look at ellis island there were alot of kerns and stuff that came over 1930 census in michigna and mabye you can find it from using that its free you just have to start clicking. my family came from there and through to u.s. so its worth a try and you can find them there first and its listing all the names so you can easlily find out try your state and stuff and see so many came though there. suzy
