There are three Jacobs in my ancestry: 1) Jacob, 1734-1799 from Bavaria, came to US in 1749 from Rotterdam, m. Catherine Funck,1741-1810, b. in PA; 2) Jacob, 1770-1841 in Little York, PA, m. Susanna Speilman, d. in Switzerland, IN; and 3) Jacob, 1795-1871 (Son of Jacob #2's brother, John), m. Christina Whitmore, d. in Washington, IL.
