Looking for info on Ancestors of The Reverend James Kerns. He was born in Monongalia Co. Va in 1827. He married Selina E. Hays on December 17, 1856 in Wetzel Co. WV. His father was Jacob Kerns. His mother was Hannah (unknown).

James and Selina had four children.
Nancy Ann
Jennie
Eugene
Hannah

While I have tons of info of certain lines of his descendants, I have reached a dead end on his ancestors. Any info would be greatly appreciated and I will share any info I have for those who need it.
