Sorry to hear about pasing well i dont' think we're related to that kern. my parents, parents were edward w kern jr, and emma o (gruebiner) Kern. there parents were born in us and my moms parents parents parents were born in berlin germany and came by way of ellis island and appeared to stay in michigan detroit area. if you know anyo f them please let me know my grandparents kids names were edward, pearl, ruth (we think) george and carol elsie. suzy
