Received birth certificate from West Virginia Vital Statistics which indicates that the father of Noah Warder Kern (born 1847, WV and died 27 Nov. 1925, Marshall Co., WV) is William Kern and Anna Burdette. Does anyone have information on William Kern and Anna Burdette? In the 1850 and 1860 census records Noah is living with a Michael C. Kern in Pruntytown, West Virginia.
