Hello:

I see that you are researching the Kern family and that your name includes "Steele". There is a portion of my family tree where a Joseph Steele married a Margaret Kern, who left and went back home to her family in Virginia, I believe. They had two children. This is a "brick wall" for me, and I wondered if perhaps you may be from this same branch.
