My younger brother was born Paul David Kern or Kerns June 18 or 19 in 1969 at Methodist Hospital in St. Joseph Missouri.
He was a bi-racial baby, his mother being white and his father a light complexioned black man. His mother would have been about late high school or early college age at the time of Paul's birth. My parents adopted him through the state of Missouri in 1970 while we were living in Polo, Missouri. If any of this sounds familiar, please contact me.
