Born in England, and sent to Canada.

Searching for any information that I can find, so far, all efforts come to a dead end.

Anyone able to provide or help me in obtaining any information, would be greatly appreciated. She later married another England orphan (Harry Newman) who was also sent to Canada, and had several children, all deceased except for one.

She was apparently dropped off at the orphanage by her supposed stepfather (?) Phillip Vanes of Cecile Street, however, when she wrote the orphanage in 1933, hoping to find some information, she was told that they did not have any other information, and attempted to locate a Phillip Vanes, although their efforts failed.

Names of her parents are not known at this time, or if she had any other siblings. I do have some other details available if anyone is able to help. I pray that God will help me in finding out this mystery.
