My Daniel Kern appears on the 1850's cen. Some of his children were in WA. Ironically, I was asked to do some geneology work for a lady that turned out to be his ggranddaughter while out there. (I'm his gggranddaughter).

He had two wives, Julianna Deutschmann and Mary Magnallena (?) Bockley. Between them there were 20-something children. He also, took in the children of a brother. I have no name for the brother.

Unfortunately, I have never gotten back further than Daniel.
