I would like to repeat my interest in the KERN family from PA to Perry County
and Morrow Counties, Ohio. Hiram KERN was b. 1828 to Joseph KERN and Sarah
SWAVLEY in Berks Co. PA. He moved to Perry County in 1831 and then to
Cardington, Morrow County, Ohio in 1851. He married Louisa Lentz and died in
1889. Their children were Mary Elizabeth who married Wm. LAUGHRY and John
VAN DEMAN, Margurite Catherine who married Willis PITTINGER and H. USTICK,
Ada who married James LALLY, Clara Icelyne who married John WREN and Henry
KERN who married Edith MCKINNEY. Any information would be appreciated.
