I just saw your posting re: Auguste Alvina Schwalbe. I am looking for Gottlieba Schwalba, b Mar 26, 1860, Koenigsburg, Luxemburg, Austprien, GERMANY. She m Charles Brosofsky b PRUSSIA. I don't have a marriage date or location and don't know if they were married before coming to the US. They settled in Detroit & raised a family in the late 1800's/early 1900's. I note that Auguste's father's name is Johann Gottlieb Schwalbe. That is pretty close to the lady I am looking for. Do you have any more information on this family? Or any ideas where I could look? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
