Hi George, did you ever hear of a Andrew Kern being in your family? My husband's Ggrandfather's family came from Nassau, Germany to New Orleans, then moved on to Indiana.
With him he brought wife: Catherine: William age 14 yrs. in the 1860 census, Henry age 7 Elizabeth age 3yrs. Caroline 3 mos. these being their children. I believe most of them were born in Indiana.
If you might have any info on this family I would be most happy to trade what I have, Thank you, Caralyn
