Harold Grisell Kern
Columbus Dispatch, November 15, 1987

Harold Grisell Kern, age 62, died Saturday, Nov. 14 at University Hospital.
He was born April 27, 1925, son of Harry A. and Willa Mina (Grisell) Kern
in Coshocton, Ohio. He was an Animal and Meat Inspector for USDA. Survived
by wife, Martha Ellen (Shepler) Kern; 2 daughters and son-in-law, Laurel
R. and Roger Meyer, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Denise and Don Dufresne,
of Columbus; son and daughter-in-law, S. Timothy and Tammy Kern, Columbus,
and son, Mark A. Kern, Columbus; 4 grandchildren. Graduate of Ohio State
University College of Agriculture, 1950. Funeral service, 10 a.m. Monday,
Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Rd. where friends may call,
2-4, and 7-9 Sunday. Mr. Roger Meyer officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery.
