Kern - John A. Kern died Dec. 15th, at his residence about 2 miles north
of Winchester, in his 79th yerr [sic]. Interment at Welltown, Sunday, Revs.
Cupp and Babcock officiating. He was a local preacher of the M. E. Church
and a man of sterling character.
