Lynette: Hi!! My grandfather was Harry Ainesworth Kern who lived in Coshocton,
Ohio. His brother's name was Fred Kern. My grandfather married Willa Mina
Grisell of Moundsville, W. Va. - the same Grisells who own the funeral
homes there now. I have Fred's obituary and the guest book that I have
shows that he attended my grandfather's funeral, but I believe he died
within weeks after that. I would like to find out further information about
the Kerns, where they came from. Since the death of my mother recently,
I have numerous pictures. One of a Nellie Kern. Also, a George Kern, another
brother of Harry and Fred. Please write me at . Thanks!!
