Hi:
My Peter KERN was the son of Mathias KERN and Christina //. In addition to
Peter they also had William (b.2-8-1756), George, Michael, and Rosina who
married George Eager. (I have further info and dates on the above.) I descend
from William don't have too much on Peter except the short tree below and the
notes following it.

date) Mortgage. Peter KERN of Donegal twp. Westmoreland County, to George
EAGER of Westmoreland County. KERN's tavern place with all land thereunto
belonging. Deed recorded 16 August 1808. (page 263)
----From Calender of Transactions Westmoreland County, Deed Book 8-2: 29 Mar
1809. Sheriff Deed. Alexander JOHNSTON Esq., High Sheriff of Westmoreland
County, to George EDGAR, highest bidder. A 300 acre tract in Donegall twp.
with a hewn log home (not furnished) and small stable thereon erected and 50
acres of land clear of which 20 acres is meadow, seized as the property of
Peter KERN at the suit of Abraham MORRISON against William PEAURSON, David
PLETCHER and Peter KERN. (page 363)
This places Peter in Westmoreland Co. His father, Mathias', will was
probated there in 1800 and lists the above children.
