Hello Everyone,
Since I haven't posted for a long time, here is the first four
generations of my Kern line.

Ardath Blue
Edna, Texas

Generation No. 1

Phillip Jacob Kern was born Abt. 1734 in Bavaria, Germany, and died
January 25, 1799 in York, York Co., Pa. He married Catharine Funk/Funck
Nov. 28, 1762 in York, York Co., PA.

Generation No. 2

Jacob Kern , Sr. (Phillip Jacob1) was born April 07, 1770 in York,
York Co., PA and died January 29, 1841 in Switzerland Co, IN. He married
Susannah Spielman Abt. 1790 in Pennsylvania.

Generation No. 3

Edward Spielman Kern (Jacob2, Phillip Jacob1) was born March 15,1811 in
Greensburg, PA, and died Oct. 13, 1886 in Switzerland Co., IN. He married
Mary Allen Demaree August 24, 1833 in Ripley Co., IN, daughter of
David Demaree, Jr. and Rachel Blunk.

Generation No. 4

James Edward Kern (Edward Spielman3, Jacob2, Phillip Jacob1) was
born November 23, 1847 in Switzerland Co.,IN, and died December 11,
1915 in Connersville, Fayette Co., IN. He married Ella Eliza Pavy Dec.14,1880
in Switzerland Co., IN, daughter of Samuel Husk Pavy and Ann S.Gerard.
