Subject: [KERN-L] KERN family in Western PA.

Hi- I am researching Mathias KERN, who died in Westmoreland Co. in 1800. He
had 5 children: William b. 1756, Peter, George, Michael and Rosina. I descend
from William KERN. I am interested in trying to fill in some gaps
particularily concerning George KERN. I suspect he was born in the 1750's. He
was a frontier ranger during the Revolution according to family tradition and
while the other KERN family stayed in the Westmoreland/Fayette Co. PA region
he moved to Washington Co. and according to family tradition lived to a 'ripe'
old age.
I am searching for any information on George KERN. He married a Susanna ?.
Any help appreciated on the above KERN's esp. George.
