I am attempting to obtain any and all information on Minnie E. Kerns Salyer,
Born 1891-1892, Death 1927 Mannsford, Oklahoma. Married Lexington Salyer and
lived most of her married life in Lincoln, Nowata, and Creek Counties of
Oklahoma. Minnie is believed to have been born in Missouri.

Minnie had four children, Alice Marie, Marion Hazel, Virgil, and Lexington
Junior.

Marion Hazel Salyer was my mother.

Minnie was a half blood Cherokee and her mother whose name is unknown to any
surviving family members was full blooded Cherokee.

I am attempting to obtain sufficient information on Minnie so that I can
attempt to get birth records, etc. in hopes of identifying my GreatGrandmother
and my Native American Heritage.

Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
