I am looking for anyone who has connections to Jacob Kern, my ggg
grandfather, who married Catherine Funk/Funck November 28, 1762 in York
Co., PA. at Christ Lutheran Church in the town of York. His full name
may have been Phillip Jacob Kern who was born 1734 in Bavaria, Germany.
He died May 20, 1799 in York Co., PA.

I am a descendant of his son, Jacob, born 4-7-1770 in York, PA, who
married Susannah Spielman of Shippensburg, PA. They moved to Switzerland
Co., IN in the early 1800's. I have information on the descendants of
Jacob and Susannah that I would be willing to share.
