Hello,
In my research, I read that Kern descendent in Ontario, Canada
was in possession of a portrait of Katie Swackhammer Kern,
apparently brought to Ontario by one of the Kern immigrants
from the German Valley, NJ. If anyone knows who has the portrait
I would really appreciate being put in touch with him or her.
