Hello! I am new to the group and have a fair amount of info., but
would like to begin by trying to clarify a point of confusion.
Christopher Kern b. 1728 m. Katie Swackhammer
Their son Christopher was born in 1758. He married twice -
to Sarah
Clemens and Sarah Dawes. This Christopher emigrated from the
German Valley of New Jersey to Woodstock area, Ontario, Canada.
It should be noted that this branch of the family changed the
spelling to KARN. What I would like to know is which wife was
first, which one went to Canada and which one was the mother of
the children - Jacob, Christopher, George, Lenoard, Anna and John.
Anna was born circa 1799 and was my husband's gg-grandmother.
Anna married Adam DODGE, which family we are also researching.
I would appreciate any help or corrections of errors and hope
I can help in return. Thanks
