Jesse O. Wheeler b. abt. 1823 in N.C. he married Permelia Amanda Harper 9-21-1831 in Union Co. KY. daughter of Jonathan Harper and Dosha\ Doskey Reynolds born in Cumberland Co., KY.

Cynthia A. b. 5-14-1834 KY.
Mildred Ann b11-3-1837 ky.
