I have a Jacob Johnston, born 6 May 1809, but in PA (according to Marshall
County, IN records, where he died and raised his family).
Jacob's children's names were:
John (my guess is that this is his father's name also)
Francis (male)
Rebecca
Sylvester
Jacob
Sarah
Lincoln
Do you know if your Joshua had a brother named John???
