I don't know whether Martha was the daughter of James and Lydia Forrester Johns, but I do know that James was not related to Joseph Johns, the founder of Johnstown.

James's father was William John (1754-1826), who was from somewhere in the U.K., while Joseph Johns (Schantz) was an Amish man from Switzerland.
