I don't find that true I personally have contacted the Monacan Tribe and also my cousin which both of us have been accepted into the tribe and they say that Mary Greshem was a Monacan Indian that is the way we got into the tribe was because of her..unless they are just taking anyone but, unlike the Cherokee Tribe that tribe is easy to get into the Monacan Tribe is not..it took alot of work...so I am even more confused and will go into this deeper...thanks for your information.
