No 24 Archibald Job Feb 1st 1812

My will is that Daniel Job Sarah Trimble Margaret Reynolds and Elizabeth
Megrady who are all the Children I have alive should enjoy my Estate as
follows after my Death ~ I acquit and release my said Children from all
Debts and Claims which I may have against any of them ~ I give to my said
Daughters the Land I bought of John Struthers to be equally divided among
them, or if they Sell it the Price to be equally divided amongst them or
their Representatives.

I leave my Residence to Daniel and do confirm the Remainder of the Land to
Daniel ~ My Personal Estate to be divided into five equal Lots or Shares to
be Sold and the Money divided or taken in Lots or Shares the way which may
Suit them best; two of which Lots or Shares I give to Daniel and a Lot or
Share to Each of my Daughters above named. I Bow to God the Maker and Ruler
of all.

Cecil County ss Feb'y 1st 1812 Then came Daniel Job and made oath on the
holy Evangels of Almighty God that the foregoing is the whole and true last
Will and Testament of Archibald Job late of said County deceased that hath
come to his hand Possession or knowledge: And further that this will was
found in the Deceased Desk that Due Publication hath been made of it and
that he knoweth not of any Objection against the Probate being taken.

Sworn before David Smith Regs.



Cecil County ss Feb 1st 1812 Then came Joseph Steele one of the Subscribing
Witnesses of the within last Will and Testament of Archibald Job late of
said County Deceased and made Oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that
he saw the said Deceased Sign and Seal this will, that he heard him Publish
Pronounce and declare the Same to be his last Will and Testament, that at
the time of his so doing, he was to the best of their apprehensions of a
Sound and disposing mind Memory and Understanding; and that he and Samuel
Steele and Deborah Tobin Severally Subscribed their Respective names as
witnesses to this Will in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator
and in the Presence of Each other.
