Friends and Family,

I imagine many of you are watching the PBS special this week, the new series
by Ken Burns on "The War." It is moving, and of course, any of our towns
could have been featured. The stories being told are the stories of
hundreds of our Jessee kin, our fathers, mothers, grandfathers,
grandmothers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins who are passing
in increasing numbers. They are our dear ones.
