This struck a familiar chord or possibly I am just getting desperate. My
gf's name was Thomas Albert Shepherd b. MO 1877 and supposedly related to
Jesse James and/or the Shepherds that rode with him and Quantrill....I can't
find his father, only found that he was, according to the 1910 Phelps County,
MO census, born in the US where Thomas lists his parents as being born in the
US, ( everyone else on the page listed the states) same on his death
certificate, nothing else. I was just wondering if there was a correlation
with the name Thomas Albert and the Shepherds or anyone connected with the
James'

Thank you for any information........I realize I am grasping at straws here,
but what the heck. ;-)
