The building reputed to be "The Lemonade Factory" is definitely on Church Road, Milton Regis.
I will try to get some pictures for you before it is demolished (apparently to make way for a filling station)
Sad that such a nice piece of old architecture should disappear - modern replacements can be so soulless (especially filling stations! )
I may visit the Sittingbourne Town Museum to see if they have any information for you.
Sorry I have no connection with the family, it was just the reference to the Lemonade Factory that caught my eye.
PS. Your original posting refers to a place named Border, this is probably incorrect and is most likely to be BORDEN, a village 2-3 miles from Sittingbourne
