Not sure if you're looking for Francis's birth or death, but the name
Miller is not common in Tipperary. Griffith's index (1850s) lists only a few in 6
parishes, with most in Kilcooly civil parish, which is part of Gortnahoe RC
parish, including a John, who could be related to your Frank and John. The
irishtimes.com/ancestor site shows Gortnahoe records have been filmed back
to 1805, so you could pay a researcher to look for Francis's baptism in the
Tipperary Heritage Center or the National Library of Ireland (LDS haven't
filmed Gortnahoe).
