Mike & Carmen,
My apologies for not responding sooner and to the list if I did and this is a duplicate.
My Patrick O'BRIEN b.1861 Co. Tipperary to Patrick Sr. and Mary (maiden name unknow) had two sisters here in Chicago 1) Mary Jane b.c.1850 Tipperary m. 2/28/1872 Matthew MASON (b. 1832 Athlunkard, Co. Clare) in Newport, Co. Tipperary 2) Delia b.c.1864 Co. Tipperary m.1) William Charles SCHUBERT b. Chicago 2) John DOUGHERTY b. No. Ireland. I have no indicatin there were other siblings however, in their mother's obituary and Mary Jane's obituary it said to copy NY and Brooklyn newspapers. I have yet to find a connection there.
As for REARDON in Chicago, I have Edward b.c.1865 NY and Patrick b.c.1869 NY. In the 1880 Chicago IL census, Edward and Patrick are listed as nephews to Thomas & Johanna MASON-HALLORAN who I believe to be from Co. Clare.
I have a little more informatin if any of this is of any interest.

Mike, I am trying to track down a Reardon line in the Chicago area. Do you
know who the parents of Deborah Reardon were? I have 2 family photos of
Thomas Reardon and wife (name unknown) and 2 young daughters (names
unknown). Thomas was from Tipperary. With that info and without the names of
his wife I have hit a brick wall.

Regarding Judith Mason's post on Dolan in Chicago, she mentioned a Patrick
O'Brien b. 1861 in Tipperary. I am trying to locate a James O'Brien B.
or 1860 I think in county Clare, but not sure. Immigrated to Chicago in
1883, married to Deborah Reardon. Have no info on any siblings so wonder if
this Patrick O'Brien may possibly be a brother. If anyone is looking back
this line of O'Brien's I would be quite interested. James is my
May the wind be always at your back.
